Overlooking the Boulevard and the house on the street "Knyaz Alexander Battenberg" 28 (opposite the stairs of "Neptune"). The house was built around 1900 for a rich Greek merchant. In the 20's of the 20th century it became a german school and in the 30's the house opens its doors to the first class of the italian school "Alfredo Oriany."
